Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Monday, August 11, 2008

Attending via iChat: Board Members Tom Auciello, Bill Campbell, Mike Grueter, and Richard Harrell.

The meeting was called to order at 9:15pm.

  1. Treasurer Report - dBug has $1,650.00 in the bank, see additional details on the ExChange.
  2. The dBug Resource Center lease is up at the end of the month. Mike will talk to Nelson Electric about the status of the new adjoining kitchen and maybe add a kitchen description and square footage information to the next Craig's List posting.
  3. New ByLaws - many changes to the ByLaws suggested by Nancy Siburg, Tom Auciello, and Skip Knox were accepted by the Board. Some additional changes were suggested and will be voted on.
  4. New Business
    1. Upcoming Main Meetings
      1. August - Picnic at Dick Carter's house. Mike will purchase food and supplies.
      2. September - ?
    2. Presedency vacancy - Wil Nelson has left the office and the Board of Directors. The Board is considering the issue and will determine how to fill the vacancy.
    3. dBug needs a volunteer to take on the task of coordinating and advertising classes.
    4. dBug needs a volunteer to take on the task of coordinating and advertising Main Meetings.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30pm.
