Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Monday, June 2, 2008

Attending via iChat: Board Members Tom Auciello, Bill Campbell, Mike Grueter, and Wil Nelson, as well as member Richard Knights (Treasurer).

The meeting was called to order at 7:22pm.

  1. dBug is still looking for a co-lease tenant for the Resource Center. We've reduced the monthly rent to $600 and continue to advertise on Craig's List, and added a web page of photos to our web site for parties interested in seeing the space prior to visiting.
  2. Phase I of the Resource Center cleanout is complete. We've removed lots of old obsolete equipment from the server room and back room. Mike Grueter brought the old gear to Re•PC for recycling at the cost of $92.65. The large table in the back room will be taken home by Dick Carter (the table's owner).
  3. A PowerMac G5 was donated to dBug by member Gerald Cohn. It has replaced the iMac G4 as the main presentation Mac connected to the projector and has Leopard installed. The contents of the iMac G4 are unchanged but it has been moved to a side table for member use.
  4. New Business
    1. Upcoming Main Meetings
      1. August - Picnic at Dick Carter's house?
      2. September - Parallels?

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50pm.
